I cannot cancel my subscription. When I try online I continuously get an error message that the request cannot be processed at this time. My on-file payment method recently expired.  I tried to update the payment with a new card (never provided to DirecTV prior to now), but that failed as well

I started streaming with AT&T using Max package. I changed to Just Right Package but channel display is still listed as Max. I have reset wifi, log onto DirectV stream with no change. Any suggestions on how to get correct channel through package I have purchased. Thank you.
