Recorded shows pause in the middle when watching on Samsung TV App

When I watch recorded shows on my Samsung TV app they pause and refresh several times. This ONLY happens using the app and not using Apple TV or any other device. The app was deleted and readded but still happens. The app was deployed 9/23/21 and has been happening ever since.

Can someone please help as I shouldn't have to deal with this. Thanks!

Please don't tell me to click on Help at the Bottom as it takes me to a Virtual Assistant where I CAN'T speak to a real person and the VA does NOT help solve my problem.

I need a real person to contact me or I will be canceling my service.
