Reward Visa Gift Card for AT&T TV
I was told when I signed up in July for AT&T TV service that I would receive a reward Visa gift card for $100 after maintaining 6 weeks of consecutive service. I never received it and chatted with customer service about 3 or 4 weeks ago. They checked on the status of the reward and said it would be going out in an email in about a week. I still haven't received the reward visa gift card. I absolutely hate being lied to. I'd rather AT&T and any company for that matter to be honest and upfront. If they would have said, sorry that promotion has ended, I probably still would have signed up for TV service. Having them lie to me over and over, has put a sour taste in my mouth where I really want to change TV providers. It is the principle of the matter at this point. Like if they aren't going to provide what they say as a business, then I guess I won't provide my continous customer payments to them monthly! I'll find a different TV company. It's not like the world is lacking in choices where TV service is concerned. I like satellite TV better anyway! 😡
