I do not want to get charged again. Your web site works as well as your streaming service for me, which is to say both do not. I hit cancel subscription and it prompts me to "chat" then it says, "oh, it's OK you don't want to chat, go ahead and cancel anyway." To which I get an error message saying

Your site will NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL! All I get are error messages. Cancel it. Cancel it. Your service is horrible. Do not charge me again.

I was already an ATT Fiber 1000 customer, and signed up for DirecTv Stream to see if they had fixed the issues I had the first time I tried it a year ago.  If I decide to stay after the 14 day rebate period, is there any discount for having both ATT fiber and DirecTv Stream?

How do i find out when my current Direct TV Streaming (formerly AT&T TV) contract expires?

I have AT&T TV, but this past bill was auto paid to DirecTV and was much higher. I was paying $87 monthly for service, but this DirecTV auto payment was approximately $140. I did not authorize this change or increase in amount. Please advise what is going on.
