Sound bar not working
How do I connect a sound bar to my Gemini. I tried the digital audio cable (little square connector) onnevted yo the Gemini but sound bar still won’t work. Do I need it to be plugged into the genie box? Before I got the Gemini I had the sound bar plugged into the genie and it worked fine.

That is a Toslink optical output so does your sound bar have a Toslink optical input?

It has a very small square plug. I don’t know what it is called.

That is a Toslink optical, did you removed the the outer sleeve that protects the optical len?

I unplugged it from the genie and plugged it into the Gemini.

Then you need to check the sound bar to make sure it is on the optical input. There is a small chance the fiber optic cable broke if it was bent to sharply.

If it still works on the other mini then the Gemini needs to be replaced.
