DIRECTV Account

I currently use centurylink as bundled with my directv. In my area centurylink internet speed is so horribly slow, I’d like to unbundle/cancel my centurylink but keep my directv, and use astound for my internet access.  Is this possible?

on hold for hours, get the run around,  the only way to get a discount is to quit service and start over as new customer !

My account shows that I'm paying for HBO Max, but whenever I log in to my linked account, it says my subscription expired. I've checked with HBO Max, and they said I needed to contact AT&T/DirecTV, but so far I haven't been able to get the issue resolved.

I have tried on the directv.com site, the directv.com app and on all my devices to maker changes to Manage my Package but it does not work for me. Is there anyway to do this without calling in all the time. This is crazy.
