HBOMax subscription expired

My account shows that I'm paying for HBO Max, but whenever I log in to my linked account, it says my subscription expired. I've checked with HBO Max, and they said I needed to contact AT&T/DirecTV, but so far I haven't been able to get the issue resolved.

Same issue here, just started tonight...I can still watch HBO channels on the directTV app, but the HBOMax app and webpage wont recognize my Direct TV subscriber login

I had the same problem, so fully understand the frustration involved. I spent numerous hours on the phone with AT&T, DIRECTV and HBO max being passed around several times. I finally gave up and filed a complaint with the BBB and a representative from the DIRECTV  corporate office called me.   I was instructed to change user ID for DIRECTV and AT&T which I did and after that they re-pushed my authorization to HBO max and it went through. It took about 24 hours after they pushed it but it did get access to HBO Max again, so problem resolved. Basically they said it was probably a credential error somewhere in the system under my old user ID.
