On my bill history, it states that I removed TCM and TruTV. These are part of my package and I never removed them. Please reinstate them back to my account.

Just out of intellectual curiosity. Looking at the current offerings, I only see the choices of Entertainment, Choice, Ultimate. and Premier. What happened to Xxtra/ Preferred Xtra?
