FOR THE LAST SIX (!!!) MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN A GLITCH IN THE AT&T DIRECT TV SYSTEM & I HAVE SPENT IN EXCESS OF 12 HOURS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. I GET TRANSFERRED FROM ONE SUPERVISOR TO THE NEXT AND NOBODY CAN FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE. THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME EVERY MONTH,
