Unhappy customer billing issues.

To whom it may concern my name is (edited per community guidelines). I have been a loyal customer with AT&T and DIRECTV for 15 years now I was under the impression that I was grandfathered in because I was told that multiple times by multiple reps and that I would have HBO for free for the rest
