S30 remote power button issue

The power button has stopped working It was programmed to turn on the ATT U-verse box, the TV, and the Audio Receiver.  I can not clear the programed keys because when pressing the MENU button and the OK button nothing happens (ie POWER button does not light up).  You can't get a replacem

Full screen viewing via the uverse app

I am unable to view live content in full screen, and am relegated to watching on approx 25% of the screen and displaying the guide at all times. I am using an android phone and running the current version of the uverse app. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Intermittent Picture Freeze - U-Verse Signal Has Been Lost

Returned from a couple weeks vacation and discovered that my U-Verse channels now freeze every few minutes. The message screen about the U-Verse signal being lost will stay on for a couple of minutes then the picture will come back.  Or I can change the channel and the picture comes right back

TECH'S THAT LIE SAY YOU WONT BE CHARGED A DISPATCH FEE BUT YOU GET CHARGED
