U-verse TV

After speaking with several agents and a supervisor today, I was told that my time to claim my $200 Visa Rewards had expired and there was nothing that could be done. In a web browser, go to paramount plus.com/partner and select AT&T U-verse to login. There are a lot more movies and shows available now than on the deprecated Showtime Anytime app.

My Paramount+ subscription has ended recently. I thought I received that by subscribing to Showtime through Uverse. Did something change?

I just tried to use my U-Verse app, had to update and now all the system info is garbled letters and numbers and the tv stations are not ours. I have deleted the app and reloaded, but nothing changes.

Sometimes my DVR reacts on the first click from the emote - at other times I need to repeat the click 3 or more times to get the response I am seeking. I don't believe it is the remote aas I changed the batteries and the remote is working to the TV - just the DVR is unresponsive.

can't find passcode that AT&T changed so that I can create new one for my account.

I see similar questions but nothing recent: Just downloaded the Uverse app successfully and I have the Uverse U300 package which allows us to watch Baseball on Bally Sports channel 1753/1752 on our TV - however when I downloaded the app - those channels don't show up and channels closeby in the 1700

PBS (national scheduling) and WTTW (local Chicago scheduling) and the UVerse Guide need to get their act together. We like to record several programs, but lately the guide is in error and were NOT getting what's showing on the UVerse guide for WTTW (Channel 1011). VERY FRUSTRATING.

A few months ago, my set-top box started dropping my recorded programs. I contacted customer support and was sent a VIP1200 box, I believe is from 2005. My old DVR was a VIP 2262 V2. I have been a customer for over 14 yrs. I feel I should have a newer DVR, maybe model 8010, or 8110 I do not want to

When I look at the guide, the FOX news channel shows have their scheduled time 1 hour later than what it should be. My brother has another provider and his still shows the usual times on his guide. Does anyone know why this is happening?
