DIRECTV Stream: osprey box would not allow 4k using a new HDMI Splitter; non-4k is OK.

Old splitter: "OREI" model: UHDS-102C; works fine with 4k & non-4k New Splitter: "J-Tech Digital" model: 4KPS2; 4k is disallowed by an OSPREY with error message, non-4k operation is OK Manufacturer had no answer. DOes anyone have a suggestion or it OREI the only one that works with DIRECTV stream

Fuzzy Picture Every 2 Minutes

Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.
