DIRECTV Stream: osprey box would not allow 4k using a new HDMI Splitter; non-4k is OK.
Old splitter: "OREI" model: UHDS-102C; works fine with 4k & non-4k New Splitter: "J-Tech Digital" model: 4KPS2; 4k is disallowed by an OSPREY with error message, non-4k operation is OK Manufacturer had no answer. DOes anyone have a suggestion or it OREI the only one that works with DIRECTV stream

Remote Not Turning Off TV
DirecTV Stream R36502 Remote… I perform the sync with my LG TV (holding fwd/rew buttons until blue lights flsh), and it completes fine; however, it will not turn off the TV, only the DirecTV box. Turns on the TV, but not off. All worked fine until earlier this week, when the DirecTV software update

Fuzzy Picture Every 2 Minutes
Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.
