I encountered another issue today with the Gemini Air device. This is the second time, in three months in which I need a new device. I am really growing tired of this! The device keep hanging when I change channels. Any one else having this problem? I proved it to DTV by viewing via the app on Roku.

Up until today, I’ve always been able to press the down button on the Roku remote to get to the guide. The down arrow no longer does anything.
