I am switching from AT&T U-verse (Model: VIP1200) to DirectTV Stream (Model: C71KW-400). And this New device C71KW-400 does NOT have connection for coaxial cable.

Why is closed captioning missing on all NBC DVR recordings? Is there for all other stations and on live NBC.

Why can’t we hear anything on Fox News while streaming in Direct Tv

There used to be channel numbers listed with each channel on the guide. Now they are missing. This is when I view the guide via the website (https://stream.directv.com/guide) or on my TV. Is there someway to restore the channel numbers? I've tried resetting my cable box, which did not help.

We use multiple Gemini boxes in the house. We only want CC on one of them. Previously, the setting would persist correctly just on the one box. I had a TV that didn't support HDR, but I just bought a new Samsung that DOES support HDR, but when I go into the settings on the Gemini device, it still says HDR not supported by your TV. Any idea why? Does HDR work for everyone else or is this yet another ridiculous DirecTV bug?
