"We're having an issue loading all your profiles Try again, or proceed with your primary profile" It has a button for try again which does nothing then use primary just goes to a blank screen At the bottom it says 50001-002 I dont even have multiple profiles.

I was so excited yesterday to see the Auto Extend feature show up. Whelp, it failed right out of the gate. How do you do this?

How can you pause a program on live tv and then come back to watch it 20 minutes later. It never seems to hold the program. I have never had this issue with other services. We have a Samsung TV with Apple TV. Also, how do you rewind a show quickly.
