Someone posted that RSN comes with “Choice” with no fee with no contract streaming. Did I get this wrong?

I have a no contract Directv “Choice” for which I am paying $108.99. I contacted 3 Directv representatives. Two said the 108.99 bill includes the ARS and Regional Sports fees. One said it didn’t. Not sure why a local station is missing, but starting in a few weeks with Hockey season, all the Panther games will be on this station and currently directv stream is missing this station. Is this going to be added, or do we need to look for another source to get receive this?

I have a Samsung TV and Samsung remote. When I go to My Library to watch recorded shows, the list of shows appears but when I press select it only gives me the option to delete, not play. I am using the Direct TV Stream app and not the DTV device as that costs more. Is this a Samsung/ DTV app bug?

I signed up for the credit -first the $20 and then the $30 credit -- and am now being told that my account has no record of any such request. It is absolutely ridiculous. Is anyone else having this problem?
