Directv stream on Firestick on Samsung tv. After watching local Fox channel for 15 minutes, tv turns itself off. This started about 1 week ago. No other streaming app on our tv does this. Why? How to fix?

“This Program is Blacked Out” error cose 30003-016. This keeps showing up on all of my recordings. How am I able to record a program that is blacked out? I have been trying to sign off an unauthorized user for months with no luck. Has any one been able to? Customer support said to change my password, but this doesn't work.

Up until today the mute button worked fine. I subscribed to DTV Stream about 3 weeks ago. When I press it...it does mute but as soon as I release the button it no longer is muted. I've tried all the suggestions on the website. Changing batteries and reprogramming the remote to no avail. Is this just
