Streaming + Device & App

When I push the button the voice command br shows up. But when I speak the command the "LITTLE WORM" just stays still and the "TRY SAYING" dialog shows up.

When ever I play a show on a streaming service it fast forwards by itself and even if I click ok or back it just keeping doing it over and over I used to be able to turn the tv off and then on and it would stop but now it doesn't work anymore. Please help

Anyone have an issue where the app stops responding on FireStick? The channel is still playing but we can’t control anything. Every other app works fine, it’s just the DirecTV app. We have to uninstall and reinstall a minimum of 4 times a day.

The guide stopped working today on the DIRECTV Stream app on my Sony tv. I have attempted to force stop the app and signing back in but all it says is “No information available. Please try again”

Is the only way to get help from DirecTV is to be on hold for over 2 hours and then to be disconnected? I wrote a long 1 star yelp review. They messaged me to connect to facebook. I did and they were of no help. Can't wait for my contract to end. And these people stay in business?

My DirecTV streaming box receives its signal via Wifi from my router. Everything has worked flawlessly from the beginning. I also use streaming apps for Prime Video, Discovery+ and Paramount+. These have also been sent via Wifi from my router directly to my LG smart TV. The Discovery+ and Paramount+

I just switched from Satellite to Streaming service. With Satellite I was able to start a recording early, and extend it up to 3 hours. Now with Streaming I cannot do that simple thing? Please fix this DirecTV!! Also, with Satellite I was able to select a stations, and then go back in time and watch
