I am exploring cutting the ComCast cord d/t the $$$.  I will still need them for internet service.  If I have an AppleTV device and/or Roku, do I need the Direct TV streaming box or do I just download an app?  Do I need just one box for the whole household (4 TV's total)?  Does

  How do you "Watch your favorite programs even if you didn't record them for up to 72 hours" (quote from Stream website) ?     If you can watch, then can you also record?     I'm using the DirecTV Stream app via FireTV Stick.

Been a Directv Stream user for 5 years. This problem has only surfaced in the last year.  Changed firesticks twice, rebooted, dumped data and cache.  

How do I get credit for the time Disney was not available to watch.
