Picture freezes constantly on Samsung tv using directv app. Have done all the suggested troubleshooting. No help. Is Directv going to fix this or do I cancel service and use Hulu?

I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app five times now and there has been no change. I have the latest up

We have 3 TVs. Our DTV streaming is connected with 3 Rokus. Main one in living room with both profiles. Mine is in my den, Im wondering if I can remove my wifes profile off of mine in the den, but everytime I try it removes her profile off of all 3 TVs. Is there a way to just have my profile in the

How does one buy a Gemini Air device? What does it cost, to purchase it outright. Is there a monthly usage fee once purchased (i.e. Not leased) if using with DirecTV Stream service.

We have several DTV Streaming boxes in two different homes. All work well except one box: when we hit record, a message pops up that says "Whoops, that program is finished airing and can't be recorded anymore" None of the other boxes give this error - we hit record and it records. Any ideas? Thanks

I have a Gemini Air I got via the beta program with DIRECTV Stream. It will not update its software and it’s on July 2023 security patch. I’ve done factory resets, check for software updates, and nothing. Anyone else with an air have the current software? I don’t like having a non updating device on

Yesterday I had TCM channel 256 as part of my Entertainment Package. Today, when going to Channel 256, it says the channel isn't in my package? Is this a temporary problem or permanent. Were any other Channels removed or added?

Don't have to select any input, just click it. Sound comes on when DirectTV first starts with TV but quickly shows "Home" at top of screen and as soon as it does that, the sound goes out.
