My account was set-up so I can share this with my parents - we live in 2 different households. We were told that we can have 2 TVs at each house going at the same time. However, we cannot do that, not even 1. It's becoming frustrating since we were told that this would be an option.

I have DIRECTV Stream service and I use the DIRECTV app on my TCL smart TV to watch my streaming channels. The DIRECTV app seems to freeze fairly regularly and once it does none of the buttons on the remote can get you out. How can I force quit the app and restart it?
