How do I purchase online?

The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. Each time I get a 'validation errors' message and your website never lets me complete the purchase. I tried with three different credit cards

Can't find internet signal.

I installed the new modem they sent to replace my old modem/router. Now, my computer sees the internet, my phone sees it, but not the Direct TV.

Guide

On my DVR receiver, the guide keeps popping up randomly. it's not a functional guide, all it does is obstruct the view. the only way to get it to go away is to bring up the actual guide and exit. but it comes back a few minutes later. what can i do to fix this?

firestick with Directv app

I have installed the DirecTV app on multiple TV's at my home with new Firesticks. After I login to my DirecTV account through the app with the firestick, I get a screen showing "live & upcoming sports" with scores that are current & updating on the screen but at this point I can't get to the DTV gui

5-sec Darkened screen
