I have 2 accounts with Directv. They were previously linked together but I currently cannot find subject account. Everytime I log in the only account that appears is (Edited per community guidelines) which I recently put on vacation status. I need to pay my bill on subject account. HELP!

Lost biography info for the Cast & Crew

Poor Closed Caption

I have been noticing the close caption has gotten a lot worse. There are fragmented sentences and incomplete sentences. Often there is no close captioning at all. Closed captioning used to be pretty reliable. Now it’s as if there’s someone that does not care or they are inexperienced.
