Shows are Pixelating and Cutting Out

my signal meters are all showing high 90's (like 98, 99,100)

I thought maybe the hurricane moved the dish but signals are high

What are the signals on the 99/103 sats as those are where the HD channels are.

There is a box that looks like a mountain with a sun/moon on the bottom of the comment page, that is the link to add images unless you are using a phone.

The 99/103 S transponders are where you local channels are sent from so there are low/0 readings on the transponders not aimed at your location.  It appears that your dish is aligned.

I don't see the mountain with a sun/moon. Maybe you have to post alot before you can upload pictures.

So the 103s and 99s look alright?

I am thinking its the harddrive in the genie, it is 10 years old

That is the second cause for this problem.  Since DTV is no longer making the HR44/54 and the HR44 is no longer returnable there maybe no refurbished HR54s to replace it, so you may need to upgrade to the HS17 mini client only system.
