Hello, I am looking for a 3rd party installer to do an alignment on my satellite that is on the roof. It is in the Chicagoland West Suburbs. I get error 771/775 and customer service says my satellite needs to be serviced. Does Directv/Att provide a list of installers that will go on the roof to do

dvr records blanks from channels we didnt purchase

Subscriptions show at bottom of screen. Each is paid for but will not allow access.  When clicking on Prime,Netflix on AppleTV, subscriber name is shown, when clicked on the name, then it opens but will not allow access to select a movie, etc.

I have had satellite for a long time. The receiver often loses connection to the AV receiver among other issues. I have been thinking about leaving DirecTV and going to streaming only. Curious about what would be lost or what would DirecTV streaming be like.

(Server) Records content not requested by anyone in our home. I have deleted the content. The undesirable series and shows are not listed in upcoming recordings or anywhere in recording manager. Any solutions or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
