When I download the Directv app from the Roku streaming store, open app, sign in, the app just spins and spins then I get this message “ We had an issue retrieving this content “ We weren’t able to load this content. Please give us a moment and try again “. I have the following Roku: Roku Express 4K

My package price just increased $20/mth. Does DirectTV Stream negotiate again? I left cable to avoid this issue.  Open to suggestions.

I have just downloaded the directv stream app and can not view any programs on the app. I keep getting a message stating Not available to stream on this device. I can't get into my Direct TV The only thing it keeps saying is code 201

I cannot login to my Direct TV. It takes my sign in but when I get to my password it give me error Care Code: 201. What does this mean? My account is caught up & my next payment isn't due until Nov 20,2021.
