(Solved) How to Keep 4K TV Resolution Setting
EDIT: An LG Software Update that started when the LG rep had Remote Access but couldn't finish - just Finished - AND I have 4K again. HOW to STOP Repeat Pairing Offers would be a Bonus!
Any ideas per No Turn-Off selection in Remote Devices screen (see below) ?
AT&T Int Air Hub WNC CGW450 400 w/ PK21KW-500 Gemini Dongles to -- Samsung & (new) LG OLED Tvs -- 4K Chan 104 ALWAYS has worked -- but yesterday (only) the -- LG stopped Receiving 4K BECAUSE -- via DTV Remote -- I cannot get the TV Resolution Setting to STAY on 3840 x 2160. It NOW moves Back and stays on 1080P. Not related but HDR is ON... DTV Sppt did a Dongle Re-Fresh = No Help. LG Sppt Remote-Accessed but No Help.
I'm also getting the repeat Popups .... Do I want DTV Remote to Control TV and subsequent Pairings. I DO NOT HAVE the "TURN-OFF Pairing Requests" in my Remote Devices Screen that I read of earlier.
Any Help on either is appreciated !! Good Luck to All with your issues!

to stop the pairing popup "offers"
settings--system----remotes/devices----program your remote--scroll down to "ask to pair with new tv" and turn it off........
