Where do I purchase a AT&T DirecTV Now Android TV Wireless 4K OTT Client Streaming Player C71KW-400 device?

Unless I am very fast, the blue box that shows the digits you are entering into your remote when changing channels disappears and I have to start over. Is there anyway to make the time you get to change channels longer?

Watching Clemson and Georgia 4k broadcast. Picture quality is horrible compared to the stream on ABC. Mainly it is the color quality - everything appears faded on 4k, ABC feed has sharp colors; shouldn't the 4k feed be like this as well?

When will DirecTV Stream provide an app for the Nvidia Shield. The Shield is one of the top streaming devices and it is ridiculous that it doesn't run DirecTV. 

When I get the directtv streaming home menu there is a large live tv box on the left side of the menu. When I select a show to watch it fills the large live tv box but when I hit the OK button on the Roku remote the live tv box goes black and  play the show.

My closed captions variably move from left to center to right instead of remaining in the center of the screen

I want to make sure I understand the streaming rules with Directv Streaming service. I have my residence where I have at least 6 smart tvs.  I understand that I can watch something on each tv at the same time? They all are connected to the same internet network. Am I correct on this? Second,

Went to bed last night. All recordings were there. Woke up this morning and all recordings were gone. This is the SECOND time this has happened to my account in the past 6 months or so. Missing on both streaming devices and also from mobile app/computer. Fed up with this. Last time tech support had

1 tv the one with the direct tv connector and remote works. All other tvs which stream on the app via a fire stick or cube via now as me to sign in and when I do it ask me to sign up and pay again
