Watching U-verse TV

I have ATT U-Verse as my TV provider but I’m unable to watch on my iphone or iPad news channels like CNN or MSNBC or Bravor, IDTV. I get an error message ‘you’re not authorized’ contact your TV provider????

My U-verse app has not been working right. If I delete it and download it again, will I loose what I have recorded?

Just got a new Uverse DVR, replaced the HDMI cable. Our video feed (live or recorded) on any channel gets dark after about 30 seconds. Very annoying. Suggestions?

Every day I get on my tv that Uverse has lost connection.

When I try to log in to the U-verse app on my iPad, I get "The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later". What does that mean? I've been trying later for over a week. And yes, I deleted the app and re-installed. How can this get resolved/fixed?

When I am away from home on vacation, I appreciate the ability to schedule recordings using the AT&T app. But I can’t find a way to delete recordings. I’ll be away from home for several weeks next month and want that ability in case my DVR starts getting close to capacity.

We have moved and no have U-Verse. We missed the first 3 episodes of Grey's. We tried to pull them up "on demand" but they are not showing up on my TV.
