Receiving User not authorized error.  Starting watching  last week with no problems

You only started U-Verse last week? How did you obtain your equipment? U-Verse hasn't been for sale to new customers in well over a year.

So, can you be a lot more specific about your issue, and please do so by replying in this thread (not creating another).  At a minimum answer the following questions.  Provide more information if you can, please.

What app?

What platform?

What channel?

Are you being prompted for your Video Provider?  Are you answering AT&T U-verse?

Do you have to log in, or does it tell you you're on your home network and you don't have to?

Now I  Know how to answer on here instead of  doing it all over again to get some help I'm not tech savvy just seen this and thought  maybe I could  get someone who knows more then me so just about anyone. Ok I have  a U-verse   it's been on   my acct cause it's registered to me and the Channel is. Lifetime I know it's corny but I  live in Kansas

I search on homepage shows me all the free websites when I click on the one I want it says User not authorized
