U-Verse doesn't have PAC-12 Network and hasn't had it for a few years now. The odds are great that it probably won't be added since U-Verse is all but retired. (They're not accepting new customers.)
However, they added one channel in the past year-plus since U-Verse stopped accepting new customers, so anything is possible.
