Let's work on getting you back logged in to the U-Verse app JG8335!
We understand that your U-verse app has logged you out and you are unable to get logged back in. We can help with that. To make sure that we are troubleshooting you correctly, is this for U-verse Internet or U-verse TV app?
Now you did state that it was working 2 days ago correct? If you could answer the follow questions, so we can better help you?
Has there been an update on the app or on the IPad that could cause the log out to happen? The reason why we are asking this is that sometimes updates can change the process of the log-in and cause a user to get logged out
Have you tried to replicate this issue on another device, such as a phone or even on AT&T's direct website? The reason why we are asking this, is to see if it device, app, or even account related. Also it narrows down the troubleshooting.
If this account related, then you will need to have a password reset. You can accomplish this by using the Password Reset site to help you.
Now if all that is done and the you are still unable to get logged in, then there are some troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Clear the app cache
Uninstall the app from the IPad
Power the IPad off
Power the IPad back on
Reinstall the app from the I-Tunes Store
Try logging in again.

I have not been able to log on to the UVerse App in weeks- I have called customer service numerous times but no one is able to help-
I've reset my password many times and still cant get it- I am usually very good about figuring things out, but for some reason, this one has me stomped

Same problem, now on-going for 2 months. Either can't or won't fix it. Trying to get a refund for this being out for so long. We're on the road camping often and cannot use the app for the TV we've paid for. I don't believe they can't fix it after this length of time, but would like to know why. (Edited per community guidelines) poor customer service. All you get is "working on it, should have fix soon." Soon, as in the next decade?

I am unable to log into my UVerse app on either my phone or iPad...says I need to use the correct ID. I've changed my ID on the ATT site, verified my password, and it still doesn't log in. Also deleted and re-downloaded to no avail. I depend on this app during trips, and would really like it to work. What can I do?

I am re-installing the AT &T Uverse app. I am also stuck on the Permissions page of the App. This is with my Android phone, so there is no "Gateway to re-boot". Prior to this, when I would open the app, it remained "authenticating" on both my wife's phone and mine. Please help

We're currently working on a resolution, as we're aware that some customers aren't able to log into the app.
We understand that you're using a mobile device, since this is in regard to an app, however, rebooting your gateway is always recommended as a way to refresh your network and re-establish your login information on the app.

That query was directed at @Breezey1 . Frankly, @badexperience3 , since you only signed up this year, you never had U-verse TV and none of this conversation has to do with your TV service.

Your situation doesn't apply to this thread. You never had U-verse TV. You need to mosey on over to the DIRECTV forum and vent your spleen over there. You need to leave this thread, about U-verse TV, alone.

Can you log in to https://att.com, with one of those two ids and see your AT&T U-verse TV services and not wireless, etc.?
