Hallmark New Releases Are Not Available On Hallmark Channel 1365

My U-verse subscription includes the Hallmark HD channel 1365. For some reason, newly released(2021) Hallmark movies aren't available on that channel.  I've called att twice and they don't seem to understand my issue.  I've attached 2 pictures.  One showing some movies are available, hence the preview box, and other movies are not available, hence the blacked out tv icon on the preview box.  Does anyone have the answer to this issue?  I'm thinking it's the network Hallmark doing this, not att.
