Watching U-verse TV

I see an off white or gray grid pattern and vertical lines on the screen for just one of my local channels. It’s a muted window screen image that shifts. Other channels do not have the same problem. Any ideas how to remove or improve for this one channel?

U-verse is pixelating, all channels all TVs (3). I have 45 devices on a ruckus switch. Att fiber service. When I disconnect every device and go from modem to one tv there is no pixelation. How do I fix this???

Every premium movie channel except HBO is now available for free. If you don't subscribe to HD, you'll only get the channels in SD. Note that Cinemax channels ARE part of the preview.
