Watching U-verse TV

Every day there are times when pixelation occurs on our TV’s. What causes this? I did the online TV fix and no issues were found. This is sooo annoying!  Do I need to try another provider? 

I AM IN ROME, GA USA! I KEEP GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE THAT THIS CONTENT IS NOT AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE US. WHAT IS WRONG??? IT WORKED THIS MORNING AND IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING.

Neither Fox nor CBS are carrying NFL games today here in Houston. Why is that?

I have a U200 subscription which includes ESPN but I am unable to stream ESPN to my mobile devices. It say 'You are not authorized to play this content". Does anyone know why this is?
