Uverse internet not allowing streaming of ESPN or FOX, i get  that I'm not authorized to play the content

Former employee, I have the U200 package. It used to work fine, but something has changed . . . again.

Please let us know, what is the error message on the screen which is throwing upon that channels?

Also, let us know since how long you are unable to view those channels?

for FOX, i bring up the foxnews.com home page, click on watch TV and the ensuing screen with a video playback box shows this error message:

Sorry, your AT&T U-verse account is not authorized to view this content.

Our goal is to provide you with the entertainment you want at a good value. We had hoped to avoid any interruption of your channels, but unfortunately, our team is still working with channel owners to secure an agreement. We share your expectation and hope to bring back your missing channels as soon as possible. For latest updates, login to TV Promise.

 

Until then, the local network broadcasts can be viewed on their apps or websites.

 

To get started:

  1. Launch a network app and select a program to watch.
  2. When prompted if you have a TV provider, select Yes.
  3. From the list of providers, select U-verse TV.
  4. Sign in with your user ID and password.
