AT&T Uverse Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool

The troubleshoot and resolve tool is located under Menu and then under Help.  It is a tool that allows for video and audio diagnostics.

When attempting to use it a long error message is displayed, and then it says to call support.

I have called support on this at least three time and get no kind of acceptable response.

Anyone have any information on this topic?
