Watching & Streaming

When ever I play a show on a streaming service it fast forwards by itself and even if I click ok or back it just keeping doing it over and over I used to be able to turn the tv off and then on and it would stop but now it doesn't work anymore. Please help

Anyone have an issue where the app stops responding on FireStick? The channel is still playing but we can’t control anything. Every other app works fine, it’s just the DirecTV app. We have to uninstall and reinstall a minimum of 4 times a day.

The guide stopped working today on the DIRECTV Stream app on my Sony tv. I have attempted to force stop the app and signing back in but all it says is “No information available. Please try again”

so there's certain shows, for instance, 'nba gametime,' that, when i had u-verse i liked to record multiple times in the same night in case the first showing didn't record the whole show, like when the game that was on before it went late or something but on directv stream i don't have this option

I just switched from Satellite to Streaming service. With Satellite I was able to start a recording early, and extend it up to 3 hours. Now with Streaming I cannot do that simple thing? Over a year ago we had fiber optic Internet installed and at that time we switched to DirecTV streaming using Fire Sticks on 3 TVs throughout the house. Never had a problem until a few days ago when DirecTV stopped working.  All other apps on the Fire Sticks like Netflix, etc. still work fine.

Any idea on why the stream app would not be working on 5 tv's in the same house. The wifi signal is excellent and not the issue. All we are told is "content is unavailable. Please try again" What is going on with this

Keep getting the message for both live and recorded program that "We're experiencing a temporary issue playing this content. Please give it a moment and try again." This has been going on for 2 days. I have restarted the router, made sure the TV was connected to the Network. I can play other apps on
