Stream works upstairs not downstairs

I have a samsung QN65 and directv stream is no longer working.  It worked until yesterday.  I am connected via lan to my TV. I changed c9nnection cables, changed to wifi no difference. I unplugged the tv for 5 minutes then plugged it back in. No change.  I deleted the app, unplugged the tv, changed the lan line, plugged the tv back in, re installed the app and still nothing.  Now, I have another Samsung TV upstairs, on a different port, same network, that streams just fine. All other apps on this tv work perfectly, even YouTube. I went through a 20 mn chat session with the AI assistant, no help.  So I ask, should I just switch to dish and quit paying the 150 a month to stream? Or does someone here have a solution.

The native TV DirecTV Stream apps have always been problematic. Best to use a true streaming device, like Roku, FireStick, Apple TV, or DirecTV Stream device.

Have you checked if there are Tizen OS updates or firmware updates pending or recently applied? It’s weird that from one day to another this doesn’t work. Have you tried to take the TV upstairs and connect it to that cable? Just to eliminate in home network issues. When you say it’s not working what’s happening? Error? App not launching?
