Watching on Satellite

AccuWeather DVR app is not loading. when you select it from the list it just hangs up.  All other apps are working, I have re-booted my receiver it still does not work.

Every day for the past week or so my Gemini device will not connect when starting up in the morning. I've gotten code 620 and 622, it says it's having trouble connecting to the main receiver.  After a reboot of the main receiver, it connects.  Is there a fix for this?  It also drops
