Watching on Satellite

Whenever I try to access DirecTV on my PC, I get the following error message: "Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.directv.com." It was working fine this past weekend when I watched several football games. When I try to access www.directv.com., I get the same error

In the past few days, the directv app on my roku tv has switched to showing episode titles on the guide instead of the program titles. This is very annoying as the only way to know what show it is, is by the small preview pictures. Anyone know how to fix this?

Scoreguide doesn't work on any of the ESPN channels on my Genie Gen 2 receiver. It does work on my wireless video bridge. It works on all the other sports channels. I tried another Genie Gen 2 receiver and it has the same problem. I talked to an agent at DirecTV and he said his has the same problem.
