Hello everyone. My HR44 had a software update on 6/4/2024 0x1ab7 When you hit menu and get into the what's on now or playlist section I see that the color has changed from black to navy blue it looks like. Not sure why the changed the color and was wondering if anybody else's changed too.

Why do channels freeze every few minutes, especially channels 2 and 5? Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to come back on.

For so me reason I seem to be able to access The Movie Channel HD (553) and The Movie Channel Xtra HD (555) when accessing the DirecTV app through ROKU. Is Prime Video and Direct TV Streaming in negotiations? I can't access Prime Video all of a sudden. Tech support told me DirectTV is in negotiations with Prime Video.

I am trying to stream this on my phone through the app. This is annoying. I just switched to Directv from dish and half tempted to switch back already. Closed and reloaded many times and restarted phone.

On OUR DIRECTV Channels 54 METV and 20 HEROS AND ICONS stations freeze or give a black or blank screen off and one. Very irritating. Why does this keep happening?
