Updated DVR recording delete function
Why can’t I delete my recorded show at the end of the show? Previously, once the recorded program is at the end, the delete function popped up. Now I have to hit the back button and delete from that screen. Is this suppose to be a new function?

no start up buffer on new receiver
I had a couple of HR24 receivers. One suffered a BSOD and was replaced by an HR54R1/500 receiver. I live in an Independent Living facility wherein basic Direct TV is provided, but a Direct TV Remote is not provided. Do I need to purchase a DIRECT TV Remote and program it to access programs? Can I use the remotes that came with my two TV’s, one an LG and one a Toshiba? Thanks in advance.

TV app (within DirectTV app) stopped working on our android tv. All of our other tvs are working fine.
