Watching on Satellite

Picture comes in and out on my favorite channels but not on all channels. I checked all plugs. I read directions to turn it off at the green button but mine is blue. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and it still does it!

I have Peacock TV with my Xfinity account. Can I access it on DirecTV without buying a separate (second) subscription to Peacock TV?

I don't see a way to view my list of upcoming recordings by day or my list of series set up to record. Has the ability to access those been taken away?
