Watching on Satellite

Metv has no sound. All the other channels do. It been about a week.  08/05/24 help!   I miss my favorite channel no having sound!1

Attempting to watch recorded shows from my app while laying in bed and not working. My recorded shows are not available to watch from app while I’m in my house. I’m the only device trying to stream. says I have to “watch from my dvr tv and hope I understand” …. I don’t understand though. please ass

I can watch my DirecTV Satellite Denver, CO home local channels while travelling in Tucson, AZ for about 24 hours after I sign in to stream DirecTV on a Roku. After that, those local channels switch to Las Vegas, Nevada local channels.  That's almost 500 miles/ 800 kilometers from Tucson.

TV’s display switching to streaming; cannot record

We got a new wireless genie and now premium channels won’t work on my app. Cleared cookies and reinstalled.  Still none are showing.  I can only watch if I have it on a receiver but could watch it before the new install
