Watching DIRECTV

Hi, how do I view more info for a channel when browsing the guide? Sometimes, there is additional information at the top of screen and I’m unable to view “more info”. I’m using both the AppleTV app and the streaming app on my Samsung tv.

Certain channels show this message when first changing - "want to restart this program? Press << to connect Genie to the Internet". I do not have internet access. This message has been showing on many channels for over two months. It stays up for 10 seconds, blocking content on the lower part

Tell me exactly when CBS will be restored. I do not need your service without it and you have delayed way too long

What do I need to be able to get cbs, nbc,and abc when traveling in our rv.

Closed Captioning has been incomplete.  It will show like every other line.  Used to work. Some channels work - most don't.  (It works on TV for all streaming services so not configuration on tv).  This is very frustrating.  I HAVE rebooted.  Help.  Thanks,

For the last several days, the "weather my cities" section (red button from weather channel) no longer shows or accepts home city or other cities... meaning the channel isn't showing any local weather. Similar problems have been happening all year... usually for several weeks at a time.  What

Is there anywhere on the web where we can get an updated list of what programing content is restricted from being streamed vs cable? For example Nash Bridges will not air on DIRECTV Stream, and I believe last year Rudolf was blocked at Christmas time. It may have been another Christmas program.

I recently upgraded to the genie and after about two months, it started to freeze regularly maybe 5 to 10 times an hour of viewing. i reset it a number of times, and it did seem to make it less often, but still freezes. Other ideas?

Is there a way to make the new DirecTV Roku app start up to a channel? I hate the way it starts with a screen of previously watched channels.  It's too much like Youtube TV which has a horrible interface.
