4K channels loosing signal
I have recently upgraded to the 4K service using the HR 4K Genie and have 5 mini client boxes with the slimline-3 dish. I’m having a problem with the 4K service on the (2) 4K TV’S that are wired. While watching live TV the viewing screen will go blank and then approximately 3 seconds later will come back on. This happens at least once inside of every 2 hours of continuous viewing. Is this due to loosing the signal ? It only happens on my 4K TV’s. I’ve tried resetting the HR 54 and each box separately. My main TV is a Samsung with the one connect.

Most likely not a signal problem but an HDCP handshaking problem.
Make sure the TVs have the latest software.
