Our channel 7 KOAT is off the air. Is there a reason for this?

If they are owned by Tegna then this has been going on for weeks.
If it just started then your KOAT is having transmission problems with the feed to DTV and DTV usually has a screen up showing Technical Difficulty.

KOAT 7 around New Mexico, is owned by Hearst, not Tegna. So if that is your channel than it is not affected by current negotiations.
What happens when you go to the channel?
Model of boxes?
Issue on each one?
Any other channels having the same issue?
Other problems happening as well?
