New Gemini Air device

I am a new customer of Directv Stream and received my Gemini Air equipment this week. 

I hooked it up this morning and it seemed to work fine. But now when I turn it on, I only see a big purple box on the screen. 

I've turned the tv off and turned it back on, but same result. 

If I switch the input and use the Directv Stream app on the firestick, it works fine. 

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try doing a reset of your Gemini Device.  To do this press the reset button on the device itself until it restarts.  Hopefully, this will take care of your big purple box issue.  Hope this helps.
