Red blinking light on streaming box. Stuck on Screen that says press and hold these two buttons
Cannot figure out how to fix this. Unplugged tv and box from wall. Did red reset button on box. Get to a screen that says "press and hold these buttons for three seconds" but nothing happens when I do. Initially was able to open settings and was connected to internet. Cannot even turn off the tv or box now.

Have you tried inserting new batteries into the remote? Additionally, instead of pressing the buttons for three seconds, you can press the POWER button on the remote twice, once to turn the Gemini off and once to turn it back on. This will bypass the remote setup portion and bring you straight to WiFi connection.
