Where can I purchase a second DIRECTV Stream Gemini remote

My mother in law gave me her 2 month old direcTV stream box. Can I use it for my DirecTV stream service at my house? How does that work?

Is there a way to kill and restart apps running on the Directv stream device from ATT? MLB doesn’t update each morning and I have to either sign out of MLB and back in, or reboot the device. Other apps are sometimes frozen and I again need to reboot the whole device.

I have several LG TVs in my house but the DirecTV Streaming box appears to be incompatible with these TVs
