Streaming Setup & Equipment

I signed up for dish streaming over a week ago, and have not heard any information regarding equipping shipping, Etc. Who can I contact? I do not want to talk to a sales agent again. That in itself was a harrowing experience. Any help or information will be appreciated. Thank you

I just signed up for Direct TV streaming service. How do I get a remote for this service?
